Procedure:
Buyer send ICPO to seller with Soft probe authorization.
Buyer mandate sends NCNDA/IMFPA to the seller for registration.
Seller send Draft SPA to the buyer.
Buyer amends/sings the SPA and sends back to seller .
Seller sends Commercial Invoice with Product documents for buyer to verify.
Buyers bank swift  Oparative DLC/SBLC/MT*****3
SEller sends full POP to the buyers bank.
Within *4 days shipment commences
within 5 days buyers bank swift mt**3 to seller bank.
Within 7 days,seller swifts the Commissions to all the intermediaries as per the MFPA/NCNDA.

The seller has capacity for big orders.
